![]() ![]() After I signed up, the personal trainer called me daily leaving me voicemails trying to sell me on personal training after I declined. ![]() Then every day during the 5 day trial I would receive a phone call from the staff asking if I was ready to join. In order to use a free 5 day pass, you have to sit down and listen to their sales pitch where they actually make you choose a package. While the staff are friendly, they are extremely salesy. ![]() I have also had very unpleasant experiences with creepy guys waiting 2 feet from the machine I am using, standing and watching me use it, even during non-peak hours when half the gym is empty, which leads to a terrible gym 'culture.' Unfortunately, I have seen men walk into the women's locker room before, and because there is no door they will see anything and anyone near the entrance. At least 50% of the time I can't find a clean toilet to use in the women's locker room. The temperature always seems a few degrees too warm for a gym, making cardio uncomfortable. The gym is extremely crowded during peak hours (after work, ~5:30-7:30pm) - to the point that I often cannot do every exercise I'd like unless I stand and wait for a machine or bench to open up. Scroll down for a summary if you don't want to read my detailed review. This gym is within walking distance to my house so I keep going back, but it is really not worth the price. I've been a member here for 3 months now. ![]()
